Hoy os presento a Laboratoria, Paki Nieves Porras y Javier Llamas Narvaez, dos diseñadores con muchísimas ganas de comerse el mundo.
Para mi, a parte de ser dos grandes profesionales, son unos de mis mejores amigos, tuve el placer de hacer la carrera con ellos, así que aprendí muchísimo con ellos, pero sobre todo lo pase genial.
Os voy a enseñar el Proyecto Fin de Carrera, es súper chulo me encanta!!
El espacio donde intervienen se encuentra en Sevilla capital, dentro de lo que es considerado zona centro. Es un edificio histórico, las Naves del Barranco, junto al puente Triana.
Es una construcción de base rectangular, con protagonistas el hierro y el vidrio, forma un conjunto de cuatro naves cubiertas con bóvedas de cañón a base de placas de hierro galvanizado con grandes cristaleras Esta obra pertenece a Gustave Eiffeel, fue encargado en 1876 por Portilla White y Cía.
La intención principal a la hora de intervenir en el espacio es que el edificio y su exterior siga siendo el protagonista del proyecto. El alzado principal del edificio se encuentra en la calle Arjona,calle con bastante tráfico, por ello se deja ese lugar para la entrada y salida del público.
Darle la espalda a esta calle y que todas las percepciones sean hacia el sur-oeste. Esta es una zona peatonal muy transitada que da al río Guadalquivir, donde abunda la arboleda sevillana.
Desde el primer momento tienen claro que no quieren intervenir de forma radical en el espacio, por ello diseñan un proyecto sutil y elegante, lleno de pequeños detalles que hacen que las personas disfruten de mil maneras de el.
Toman la decisión de que todo sea diáfano, que nada obstaculizase las vistas desde cualquier punto del local.
